Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using dananoa.com, browsing our catalog, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on our Site. If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

Products & Descriptions

We work to keep product descriptions, dimensions, materials, specifications, prices, and images as accurate as possible. However:

• Colors and finishes may vary slightly due to monitor settings and natural material variation
• Dimensions may vary by a small margin due to manufacturing tolerances
• Product availability is subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct listing or pricing errors, and refuse or cancel affected orders

If we cancel an order because of an availability or pricing error, the customer will be notified and any payment collected for that order will be refunded in full.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products at the listed price. All orders are subject to acceptance, payment verification, and availability.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Standard and freight shipping are free for eligible orders delivered within the contiguous United States. Any applicable taxes or other charges will be clearly displayed before you place your order.

Payment

We accept the payment methods that are displayed and available at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers, and DANANOA LLC does not store your full payment-card number on its servers.

Freight, Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or international destinations.

Because many of our products are large or heavy, delivery may work differently from standard parcel shipping:

• Freight delivery: Large products may ship through an LTL freight carrier and require a delivery appointment
• Curbside delivery: Freight products are delivered to the curb or end of the driveway and are not carried into a home, garage, or backyard
• Delivery estimates: Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier scheduling, weather, access restrictions, or regional availability
• Inspection on arrival: Customers should inspect packages before signing and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
• Access requirements: Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for the freight vehicle and for arranging help to move heavy packages after curbside delivery

Assembly & Installation

Many outdoor structures and equipment products require assembly after delivery. DANANOA LLC does not currently provide in-home assembly or installation services.

• Assembly is the customer's responsibility and should follow the manufacturer's instructions and safety guidance
• Large structures may require two or more people for safe assembly
• Improper assembly, anchoring, installation, modification, or use may affect manufacturer warranty coverage
• Customers are responsible for checking local permit, zoning, and homeowners' association requirements before installation

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled free of charge at any time before shipment. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your full name and order number. If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, but it may be returned under our 90-day return policy.

90-Day Return Policy

We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products within 90 days of the delivery date. Returned products must be new or in like-new condition and should remain in their original packaging whenever possible.

To request a return, email returns@dananoa.com or call +1 (307) 999-4543 before sending the product back. Please do not return a product until you have received our approval and return instructions.

Free Return Shipping

DANANOA LLC covers the return shipping cost for every approved return, including returns caused by damage, a defect, an incorrect product, or a change of mind. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns. Once a returned product is received and inspected, an approved full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email returns@dananoa.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement or issue a full refund. In some cases, returning the damaged or incorrect product may not be necessary.

Refund Processing

Returned products are normally inspected within 72 hours of receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection. A bank or card issuer may require additional time to display the refund in the customer's account.

Warranties

Some products sold on dananoa.com may include a written warranty from the manufacturer. Warranty availability, duration, covered components, exclusions, and available remedies vary by product and manufacturer. A manufacturer warranty applies only when it is identified on the product page, included with the product, or otherwise provided in writing by the manufacturer.

When a manufacturer warranty applies, common exclusions may include:

• Damage caused by improper assembly, installation, or anchoring
• Normal wear and tear, weathering, or fading
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, severe weather, or unauthorized modification
• Cosmetic variations that do not affect product performance

To request warranty assistance, contact us at contact@dananoa.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos or videos. Depending on the applicable written warranty, we may help submit the claim, provide the manufacturer's claim instructions, or direct you to the manufacturer for service.

Acceptable Use

When using our Site, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from the Site without permission
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order or payment information
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or its infrastructure

Intellectual Property

Content on the Site, including the DANANOA name and logo, original graphics, page layouts, and original written content, is owned by DANANOA LLC or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, brand names, trademarks, photography, and other manufacturer materials remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DANANOA LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or its products, including damages resulting from carrier delays, improper assembly, installation issues, or product misuse. Our total liability for a claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable product.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold DANANOA LLC harmless from claims, damages, losses, or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, product misuse, or improper assembly or installation.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise. Before pursuing formal legal action, the parties will first attempt to resolve a dispute through good-faith communication and negotiation.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our products, services, business practices, or legal requirements. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page identifies the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.
