Return Eligibility
You can return an item within 90 days from the delivery date. To qualify:
- We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products.
- We accept returns of items that are new or in like-new condition.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging where possible.
How to Request a Return
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return:

We will review your request and send you return instructions. Please do not ship anything back until you have received our approval and return instructions.
Once approved, ship the item using any trackable and insured method. A valid tracking number is required.
Return Method:
By mail to our warehouse, or at a drop-off location.
Once we receive and inspect your return (within 72 hours), your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method — no restocking fees, ever.
Return Shipping Costs
We cover all return shipping costs at no charge to you. We will provide a prepaid return label.
We provide a free prepaid return label on all approved returns. You will never pay to return an item to us.
In all cases, once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive a full refund with zero restocking fees, processed within 7 business days.
