Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using dananoa.com, browsing our catalog, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on our Site. If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

Products & Descriptions

We work to keep product descriptions, dimensions, materials, and images for our gazebos, sheds, pergolas, saunas, and equipment as accurate as possible. However:

• Colors and finishes may vary slightly due to monitor settings and natural material variation
• Dimensions listed are approximate and may vary by a small margin due to manufacturing tolerances
• Product availability is subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing errors, and refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the listed price. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable sales tax or shipping fees unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after an order has been placed, and will notify you before processing an order affected by a pricing error.

Payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways.

Freight, Shipping & Delivery

Given the size and weight of many of our products, shipping for outdoor structures works differently than standard parcel delivery:

• Freight delivery: Large items such as gazebos, sheds, pergolas, and saunas typically ship via freight carrier and may require a delivery appointment
• Curbside delivery: Unless white-glove delivery is purchased separately, freight items are generally delivered to your curb or driveway, not carried indoors or to a backyard
• Delivery windows: Estimated delivery times are approximate and can be affected by carrier scheduling, weather, or regional availability
• Inspection on arrival: Please inspect all deliveries for visible damage before signing for receipt, and note any damage on the delivery paperwork
• Access requirements: You are responsible for ensuring adequate access for freight vehicles and for having help available to receive large items

Assembly & Installation

Most gazebos, sheds, pergolas, and saunas require assembly after delivery. Unless you have purchased a professional installation add-on:

• Assembly is the customer's responsibility, using the instructions and hardware included with the product
• We recommend at least two people for structures over a certain size or weight, as noted in the product's assembly guide
• Improper assembly, including failure to properly anchor or secure a structure, may void applicable warranty coverage and is not our responsibility
• Local permits or homeowners' association approval may be required for certain structures — confirming these requirements is your responsibility

If professional installation is purchased, its specific terms and scheduling will be confirmed separately at the time of purchase.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Order cancellations

Orders may be canceled free of charge before they ship. Once an order has entered production or shipped, cancellation may be subject to a restocking or freight cost.

Returns

• Unassembled, unused items in original packaging may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Assembled structures, custom or made-to-order items, and clearance items are generally not eligible for return
• Return shipping costs for large freight items are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect
• A restocking fee may apply to returned freight items to cover return freight and inspection costs

To start a return, contact us with your order number before sending any item back.

Warranties

Many of our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Warranty terms and duration vary by product and are detailed on the individual product page or included documentation.

Our warranties do not cover:

• Damage from improper assembly, installation, or anchoring
• Normal wear and tear, weathering, or fading over time
• Damage from severe weather events, misuse, or unauthorized modification
• Cosmetic variations that do not affect structural performance

To submit a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the concern.

Acceptable Use

When using our Site, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from the Site without permission
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order or payment information

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DANANOA LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, including but not limited to damages resulting from delayed shipments, assembly issues, or product misuse. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DANANOA LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our products, or improper assembly or installation of a purchased structure.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties before pursuing formal legal action.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, or legal requirements. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
